We're looking for a driven Marketing Executive to grow the UK FM brand, generate quality leads and tell the story of our work across Coventry and the UK.
What you'll do
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Manage our social media accounts, content calendar and community engagement
- Run and optimise paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta) and report on ROI
- Improve the website and SEO to generate consistent, quality enquiries
- Produce marketing materials — brochures, case studies and email campaigns
- Analyse performance data and present clear KPI reports
- Spot new business opportunities and help shape our growth strategy
What we're looking for
- 2+ years' experience in a marketing role
- Strong digital marketing skills (social, paid ads, SEO, email)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident with analytics and turning data into action
- Creative, organised and self-motivated
- Experience in construction/trades marketing is a bonus
Plasterer

We need a skilled, reliable Plasterer to deliver flawless finishes on domestic and commercial renovation projects as part of our hands-on team.
What you'll do
- Prepare surfaces and apply plaster, render and skim to a smooth, ready-to-decorate finish
- Carry out re-skims, patch repairs and full-room plastering
- Mix materials to the correct consistency and work efficiently
- Deliver a high standard of work on homes and commercial premises
- Keep every work site clean, safe and tidy
- Work alongside the wider renovation team across Coventry and nearby areas
What we're looking for
- Proven plastering experience with a strong portfolio of work
- Pride in a clean, professional finish
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
- Own tools and transport preferred
- Relevant trade qualification (e.g. NVQ) a plus
- Right to work in the UK
